Born and raised a northern boy, Ken Roko grew up exploring the beauty of cities in Canada. "I wanted to be a painter from a young age and have been following my 'Yellow Brick Road' to fulfill that lifelong dream.” Ken traveled that road throughout Europe and Asia in search of his artistic voice. His love for all fine art has led him to explore the various styles and colors of artists throughout time. Today, working in various media, including both traditional and digital resources, it has become natural for Ken to draw an evolution from the spark of an idea into beautiful imagery. At the start of a project, he tends to focus on the environment itself. From there his pieces evolve, transforming into his own unique and impressive visual language.
