It was on a school trip to Italy that Miyo discovered her love for the country. She made it her mission to leave Japan upon completion of high school and enroll in an arts program in Tuscany. Miyo now lives in Florence with her husband and twin girls, where she also owns and operates a children’s clothing shop. When not tending to her shop and family, Miyo likes to create art.
